Mon: 9AM-1-00PM (Drop in) 6PM - 7-30PM Class 1/ 8-00PM - 9-30PM Class 2

Tues: 9AM-1-00PM (Drop in) 6PM - 7-30PM Class 1/ 8-00PM - 9-30PM Class 2

Wed: 9AM-1-00PM (Drop in) 6PM - 7-30PM Class1/ 8-00PM - 9-30PM Class 2

Thur: 9AM-1-00PM (Drop in) 6PM - 7-30PM Class 1/ 8-00PM - 9-30PM Class 2

Fri:    9AM-1-00PM (Drop in) 6PM - 7-30PM Class 1/ 8-00PM - 9-30PM Class 2

Sat: 9-30AM - 1-00PM Sparring/Training
