Question: I have never boxed before, Is that a problem?
No problem! It does not matter what experience you may have. I welcome beginners.
*
Question: Can females train?
Females are very welcome to learn how to box, or keep fit doing boxing training.
*
Question: What equipment should I buy?
Just bring yourself & something comfortable to workout in. We have gloves for hitting the bags & pads & skipping ropes etc. Again, do not be buying personal training equipment until you know boxing training is for you.
*
Question: What if I just want to train to keep fit?
You are more than welcome and no pressure whatsoever would ever be put on you to spar or box. It's a well known fact that boxing training gives the best all over body work out and is a great method of cross training what ever your main sport is.
*
Question: Do you do one on one training/Private training?
Yes, by appointment. Preferably at the gym
*
Question: How much does it cost to train?
Please contact me for details & I will get straight back to you
*
Question: Would it be possible to have a free session, just to see if I like it?
My pleasure - I usually do a little bit of everything with people who want to check out the gym & I don't want you paying for something that you may later not want to do.
*
Question: Can I box in competition if I want to?
There are a few "White Collar" boxing shows each year and we (Ringwise) try and organise a few shows each year so boxing in competition should not be a problem if you wish to do so.
